Awe, the month of Love.  Romeo said, “What’s in a name?  That which we call a rose … by any other name would smell as sweet.”  If a rose by any other name is still a rose, is a package by any other name still a package?  A box is a box is a box?  A mailer is a mailer is a mailer?

Many, for the most part, would say sure.  If I put my book, shirt, present, etc., in a package and it gets where it is going … it is all the same.  While package differentiation is real, it has been already covered in other forms and on other blogs.  So, for the sake of argument, if a mailer is a mailer is a mailer; should we just buy on price?  What else is there at this point?  One word:  SERVICE.

Service is more than just about taking an order and slapping a label on a case.  It is about product knowledge, it is about listening, it is about understanding customer’s needs, it is about follow up and being there to help if needed on the other side of that order.

I know what you’re thinking … what if I want both?  I am glad you asked.  The company that stands ahead of the others in both price and service is PAC Worldwide.  So when you are buying on Price and you want Great Service, buy from the company that gives you both.
