Accountant (Position located in Redmond, Washington)

Manage and coordinate the preparation and review, and the auditing of the financial statements of a U.S.-based multi-site manufacturing company and its foreign subsidiaries in accordance with generally accepted U.S. and international accounting standards. Review and evaluate internal control procedures and make recommendations on improvements. Prepare and review 401(k) audit working papers. Position includes management of an accounting team. Position requires 4 to 6 weeks of international travel per year. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience with an international accounting firm, which includes 3 years in: preparing and reviewing, and auditing the financial statements of U.S.-based multi-site manufacturing companies and their foreign subsidiaries in accordance with the appropriate generally accepted U.S. accounting standards; reviewing and evaluating internal control procedures and recommending improvements; coordinating and managing an accounting team; and preparing and reviewing 401(k) audit working papers. Also requires a CPA or equivalent.
