** Under the CCPA, a business “sells” Information when it discloses it to a company for monetary or other benefit. Under the CCPA, a business “shares” Information when it discloses it to a company for cross-context behavioral advertising. A company may be considered a third party either because the purpose for its sharing of Information is not for an enumerated business purpose under California law, or because its contract does not restrict it from using Information for purposes unrelated to the service it provides to us.
We determine the retention period for each of the categories of Information listed above based on (1) the length of time we need to retain the Information to achieve the business or commercial purpose for which it was obtained, (2) any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to such Information, (3) internal operational needs, and (4) any need for the Information based on any actual or anticipated investigation or litigation.
Entities to whom we disclose Information for business purposes are service providers, which are companies that we engage to conduct activities on our behalf. Service providers are restricted from using Information for any purpose that is not related to our engagement.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Information
You have the right to opt-out of our sale or sharing of your Information to third parties. To exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Information, please visit our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” webpage or contact us.
Please note that your right to opt out does not apply to our disclosure of Information to service providers.
Right to Know and Request Access to and Correction or Deletion of Information
You have the right to request access to Information collected about you and Information regarding the source of that Information, the purposes for which we collect it, and the third parties and service providers to whom we sell, share, or disclose it. You also have the right to request in certain circumstances that we correct Information that we have collected about you and to delete Information that we have collected directly from you. We may have a reason under the law why we do not have to comply with your request, or why we may comply with it in a more limited way than you anticipated. If we do, we will explain that to you in our response.
Notice Regarding Participation in Financial Incentives
We may offer you the opportunity to participate in special promotions and programs from time to time, such as by providing you with a coupon for our products and services when you sign up for our newsletter. Your participation is voluntary. If we present this offer to you, we will obtain your consent to collect your Information in connection with your participation.
The categories of Information we collect vary based on the promotion. For the newsletter promotion, we collect contact data such as your email address and your name, which we use to facilitate your participation in the program and to market to you. If we run the program jointly with a business partner, we may disclose the Information to that business partner.
You may opt into these types of programs using the means we present to you at the time we make the offer, such as an online registration page. You may opt out of the program at any time by following the instructions in the “Contact” section of this Privacy Policy.
The program we offer may qualify as a financial incentive program (“FIP”) under California law. We are required to summarize FIPs and explain how the value you receive from FIPs is reasonably related to the value that we receive from the Information you provide to us. FIPs generate revenue for us that we believe is reasonably related to the benefit you receive from your participation. Our good faith estimate of the value of your Information varies based on the particular program but is consistent with the value of what we provide you in return for it, such as a coupon. We believe this value is reasonable because it is based on internal data about the value of marketing leads and, if we disclose Information to business partners, our calculation of the value of Information associated with sharing that Information with them. We also consider the anticipated expenses that might be incurred in the collection, storage, and use of such Information.
Security & Retention
We employ industry standard technological measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your Information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. PAC may use, without limitation, firewalls, password protection, encryption, and other security measures to help prevent unauthorized access to your Information. While we take reasonable efforts to guard Information, no security system is impenetrable.
We keep your Information as long as needed to provide you the services that you requested and as further described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
Policy on Information Collected From Minors
This Site and our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and PAC does not knowingly collect Information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Information, please contact us at [email protected]. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected Information from a child, we will delete that Information.
Notice to Users Outside of the U.S.
By accessing or using our Services or otherwise providing Information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of Information to the United States and other countries, and territories, which may have different privacy laws from your country of residence. The laws regarding Information in the U.S. and these other territories may be different than the laws in your country.

Verification Procedures
In order to process your request to know/access, correct, or delete Information we collect, disclose, or sell, we must verify your request. We verify your identity by asking you to provide personal identifiers we can match against Information we may have collected from you previously and confirm your request using the email or telephone account stated in the request.
We will not use Information we collect in connection with verifying or responding to your request for any purpose other than responding to your request.
Transfers: Information we collect may be transferred to, and stored and processed in, the United States or any other country in which we or our affiliates or processors maintain facilities. We will ensure that transfers of Information to a third country or an international organization are subject to appropriate safeguards.
Changes
PAC may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do change this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may also notify you in other ways from time to time about the collection, use, and disclosure of your Information described in this Policy.
