Assist in researching and identifying potential clients through market analysis.  Support the sales team in preparing sales presentation and proposals.  Participate in client meetings and presentations to gain exposure to the sales process.  Collaborate with team members on various sales projects to achieve departmental goals.  Develop a strong understanding of PAC Worldwide’s products and services to effectively communicate our value proposition to the clients.


Currently enrolled in a packaging or sales management undergraduate program or a recent graduate from these programs.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Passion for sales, a desire to develop a strong sales acumen and willingness to learn about the packaging industry.  Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  Must demonstrate creative thinking, and good analytical skills.  Must have a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize task with a strong attention to detail.  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.


PAC will provide mentorship from experienced sales professionals and coaching for their professional development.  The internee will have networking opportunities within PAC Worldwide as well as the packaging industry.  They will gain hands on sales experience and exposure to real-world sales environment; learning how to overcome challenges and win business.  This program will also give exposure to product development and product portfolio management.
